At Ornilla, we strive to deliver high-quality men’s trousers and pants. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- You received the wrong size than ordered.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
The product must:
- Be unused and unwashed.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and invoice (if applicable).
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed products.
- Products without original tags.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only, subject to stock availability.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Since Ornilla operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) only model, refunds are processed only in approved return cases.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund will be made through:
- UPI
- Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
Customers will be asked to share their bank account or UPI details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
